The space
Our comfy walk up apartment is on 2nd Flr of new shop. It's design to feels like home away from home. Gr Flr is 24 hrs self-service laundry and Bubble tea shop. 1st flr is hair saloon. Jumbo Supermarket is just 1 minute walk. Zus coffee is 1 minute walk.
The outside of the premises is with 24 hrs cctv surveillance including the street parking.
Towels 400g, pillows, bedsheets, mattress, shampoo, shower gel and etc are 4 star hotel standard.
We are season traveller staying in the agoda in many countries. We like our guests to have best experience staying in our properties.
Guest access
Guests may use the entire apartment but kitchen only allowed light cooking.
Other things to note
1. No Smoking and vaping allowed inside the premises. Fine RM500
2. Party not allowed and no noisy activities
3. Light cooking only
4. No durian and mangosteen allowed inside the premises.
5. Please keep noise to minimum after 10pm to maintain a peaceful neighbourhood environment.
6. Please take off your shoes before entering the house.
