The unit is located on the 10th floor in Jazz Suites 2 above VivaCity Megamall. We are able to accommodate up to 7 people in this unit, which is perfect for family vacations, staycations or business trips.

Jazz Suites Vivacity is located in a centralized location, where it is easily accessible to Kuching Airport (5 km), Borneo Medical Center (2km), City Center (5km), Swinburne University (2km).
This unit comes with an instant Hot and Cold-Water dispenser!
All rooms are fully air conditioned.

1 Queen-sized Bed, 2 Single Beds, 1 Attached Bathroom
The room comes with all essentials (pillows, blankets, mirror, hair dryer, iron).

Water heater is available. Towels, shampoo, body wash, are also provided.

Cuckoo water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans for light cooking only (electric stove provided), serving utensils, cups.

Smart TV, Unlimited High-Speed Wi-Fi, Sofa.
***Please note that all agoda guests are not allowed to use the pool and gym facilities due to new management rules. This applies to all units at Jazz Suites, Vivacity.
*** If you're driving or renting a car, our carpark entrance has a maximum height clearance of 2M only. Thank you.

We provide ONE (1) private complimentary parking space at Level R.
Guests will have easy access to Vivacity Shopping Mall.
ONE (1) Car Park card and TWO (2) Room Keys will be provided.

*** Grab cars can drop off at Parkson Entrance, where guests can walk directly to Jazz Suites 2.
Located in the city area, above Vivacity Megamall. Allowing easy access to various retail, entertainment and eateries.
The unit faces the main road and provides guests with a view of Kuching City
1 parking space is provided for this unit.
If guests have more than one car, the other cars will have to be parked in the basement, where parking charges will apply according to the shopping mall’s parking rate.
*** All Agoda Guests are not allowed to access the Swimming Pool and Gym Facilities due to new management rules.
