The Lighthouse 2 cottage is on the upper story of a duplex rise with a stunning estate garden view from the balcony. You can marvel at the stunning clear sky at night surrounded by a local Malay village environment. The property is also a walking distance away from the beach where you can admire amazing sunset and sunrise alike. A perfect private cottage to unwind for two. It's a 15x17ft compact studio unit where there are bits and pieces of everything in one place. There is a private stair entrance built for guests and the entire upper story is accessible by guests. This listing is located within our private family estate. We have 8 listings clustered on this estate and you will be surrounded by our family villas as well. It will be quiet at night but please do not be afraid, there are people nearby. Police & fire stations are very nearby. You will find many grocery stores and local restaurants along the way and within walking distance from the property. A nearby beach (less crowded public beach) is about 2 minute walking distance from the estate back door. Best for sunset watching on a good evening. *Please note that Langkawi is within a subtropic climate. Small insects (including mosquitoes), house lizards, geckos, frogs are to be expected. We have provided insect repellent spray aerosols and in some units, an electric mosquito repllent to provide you comfort. Although we carried out pest control once a month, sometimes it isn't within our ability to control these nature dwellers.* The estate has 3 lots of spacious parkings, 2 in the front and 1 at the back. The estate staffs will guide you through this. You will have access to these parking lots. Vehicles parked at our estate will be under your own responsibilities. We will not be held liable for any adverse circumstances resulting from parking at our estate lots. If you do not have your own transportation, e-hailing is abundant in this area. If you need help for transportation, our reception team will be there. Please note that Langkawi is within a subtropic climate.
