Fees for admission to the Marine Park Malaysia

For local guests, adults and children will be charged RM 5.00 and RM 2.00 per person respectively.
For non-local guests, adults and children will be charged RM 30.00 and RM 15.00 per person respectively.
Airport transfer from TGG Airport to Merang Jetty is available at an additional charge of MYR 25 per person per way.
All visitors to the Island will need to pay at the jetty a compulsory Marine and National Park Fees:
MYR 10 per adult for Malaysian citizen
MYR 35 per adult for foreign visitors
Corkage fee of MYR 5 for beer and liquor will be charged (Bottled beer is not applicable).
Guests will be charged a corkage fee of MYR 50 per crate.
Guests will be charged an additional fee of MYR 60 for a corkage fee, bottled liquor and glassware provided.
Due to the monsoon season, ferry services may be cancelled by the Marine Department. Please contact the property for more details.
Due to the tax regulation, non-residents are committed to the city tax surcharge of MYR 10 per room per night which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected upon check-in.
The property can be reached by boat transfer from Merang Jetty Terminal as the below schedule:
From Merang Jetty to the property: 08:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 01:00 PM.
From the property to Merang Jetty: 09:00 AM, 12:00 PM.
Adults and children will be charged MYR 60 and MYR 30 per person respectively.
The boat transfer schedule may subject to change or being cancelled due to an adverse weather.
If guests miss the scheduled boat transfer, a chartered private boat is available at an additional charge of MYR 450 per boat per way. However, the service will be available only before 05:00 PM.
The property does not permit food from outside.
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged for MYR 80 per person. The fee is payable directly at the property. Please inform the property of your arrival details upon completing the booking.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
