This newly renovated homestay is suitable for 2-3 pax. This condominium was previously owned by a hotel and is now opened for homestay.
Although the exterior design of the condo looks old, the interior is quite the contrary. It is located near the central area of Melaka making it a convenient area to stay in. Located opposite the condo is the famous Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre and next to it is Mahkota Medical Centre.

1-Only fully-vaccinated guests are allowed to check in.
2-Unvaccinated guests are not allowed to check in and cancellation is non-
refundable.
3-Vaccination cert is required during check in.
4-Guests need to provide a copy of their driver's license / passport/ ic via the air bib chat for the host to run a brief background check.
5- Please always follow our house rules to keep surroundings peaceful.
6-Requests for early check ins before 3pm will incur additional charges -RM 35/hour. Additionally, guests that are unable to check out before 12pm will be charged RM 35/hour.
7-If guests would like to extend their stay, please let us know early as it is subject to availability. We will send an invitation and guests will have to approve it on their end.
8-Guests will be charged directly for additional services. Such services include exchange of bedsheets, mattresses, missing keys or excess cards. Said additional fees include the fees for handling, transport, excess expenses as well as service fee.
9-Check in time may vary from standard check-in timings depending on the size of units, more time may be needed to prepare the rooms. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
10-Parties, functions, events, proposals, and commercial photography and filming in the unit will have extra cost of RM 150/day (This is for the wear&tear that may occur and not a charge for decoration or cleaning services) Kindly inform the host & make payment for the additional costs before check in time, otherwise, a penalty of RM200 will be charged.
