1. A Heritage Tax of MYR 2 per room per night (until stay date December 31st, 202431 Dec 2024), and MYR 4 per room night (from stay date January 1st, 2025) will be imposed by the Melaka State Government. The property will collect this tax directly from our guests upon arrival.
2. Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed by the Government of Malaysia on non-Malaysian nationals or non-permanent residents holding a My PR card from January 1st, 2023 onward (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein). Dusit Princess Melaka will collect this tax directly from our guests upon arrival.
3. In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the hotel is entitled to collect such taxes upon your arrival.
4. Effective from June 15th 2011, various public areas in Melaka including tourist destinations, are smoke-free zones. Please be informed smoking in the room or inside hotel premises is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in a designated area outside of hotel premises. Those caught smoking in the designated smoke-free areas could face fines starting at MYR 500.
