Caution: We are not provide tents for campin. The photo of tents only for decoration, others is same as what you see in photo. You are allow to brings you tents to enjoys camping feel in outside and no worry of natural disaster.

1-Only full-vaccinated guest is allowed to check in.

2-Unvaccinated guest is not allowed to check in and cancellation is non-
refundable.

3-Vaccinated cert is required during check in.

4-Guest need to provide a copy of driving license / passport/ ic to host to
verify there is clean background thru the agoda chat.

5- Please always follow our house rule to keep surrounding peaceful.

6-If guest unable to check out before 12pm on next day, a fee RM 65 per hour will be charge, and the fee shall be bank in to us immediately ; subject to availability.

7-If guest like to extend for stay, please noted us early and last result
subject to availability, we will send invitation and guest need to approve it.

8-There is only available of one gate remote control, if need for add on, please request it from our customer service, service fee may charges. *Subject for availability.

9-Any add on service will be charge directly to guest if needed. Service include exchange bedsheet, mattress, missing key or excess card. Fee will be charge directly to guest include handling fee, travel fee, any excess expenses or any service fee depend condition and time working.

10-Check in 5 PM may be vary with normal time depending size of unit, condition different, preparation time will be increases & we are deep apologize to the inconvenience.

11-Party, Function, Event, Proposal, Commercial photography and filming in the unit will have extra cost fee RM 250/days charge to guest. (This is extra wear&tear charge and not a decoration or cleaning charge.) Always inform host & pay it before check in time. Otherwise you will no allow to do it and we will penalty RM 200 to guest plus add on cost/days if we found after check out.

*Please always respect neighbour and follow the quiet hours set by host.

*Please acknownledge that the cleaning fee is charge for us is service to change , wash bedsheet, vacuum and mop the floor but not include additional works for wash all guest 's bowl pan after eat or after bbq then no clean up before leave. We will charge the additional fee (RM 35 per hours) by the total time we need to clean up the all.
