WELCOME to Memories Homestay 2 " The Vacation House " This house is a 7000sf One and the half Banglo corner lot. Located in Taman Cheng Indah which is about 20mins drive to Melaka Town. The house can PAX for 30+ peoples with the facilities of a 20ft x 40ft private pool with jacuzzi and facilite with BBQ sets at the pool side. The light of the pool is colourful and you can swim at the night or even midnight if you want. It's a wonderful place to relax for families gathering or party with friends.The price RM 1650 is for 7 rooms with ready beds that can sleep for 24 peoples. After 25 ~ 40 pax will charge RM 50 for extra floor bed with pillow and blanket per night.Outdoor Private Jacuzzi swimming pool size is approximately 20ft x 40ft x 4ft (depth)Mybox Karaoke system readyTable tennis readySuper FAST Wifi 300 MbpsFully renovated and extended One and the half Bungalow house with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (Renovated whole building on Nov 2017). Occupancy can fit up to 40 guests with extra floor bed. (Rate quoted at agoda only for 16 pax BUT this is for 24pax. Extra people after 25 ~ 40 guests will be charged RM50 each per night with full set of extra floor bed supplied, this extra charges need to be paid cash upon check in. Car porch can park 3 cars, additional cars can be park at roadside outside the house (10 parking lot available)This house total is 7 rooms with ready beds that can fit for 24 peoples. Extra floor bed with pillow and blanket from 25 peoples ~ 40 peoples will charge for RM 50 each per night .Thank you.
