You get exclusive use of the 2 storey pre-war house when booked to stay with us.
We are located walking distance to most of the historical sites, the Dutch Square, the Christ church, Indian and Cheng Hoon Teng chinese temple and the 1845 Kampung Kling Mosque, the Baba Nyonya musuem, St Paul hill and even the shopping malls. Cafes, Baba Nyonya restaurants , Art galleries, antique shops and little India can be reach by foot.
The famous Jonker Street is just around the corner. The Jonker Walk Night market that happen over the weekend from fri -Sun (6pm-12MN) is a great place for local food and craft. During this time some of the streets will be converted to pedestrian walk.
The jetty for day or night river cruise along Melaka River is 10-15 mins walk away. The boat tour will take 30 minutes.
Bicycles rental are available at the convenience shop nearby at an affordable fee.

Once you arrive at Melaka Sentral you will notice that the Station is organised based on international and domestic bus departures. Instead, proceed to the domestic bus terminal of Melaka Sentral to find the correct bus heading to Jonker Walk. The domestic terminal of Melaka Sentral has plenty of different ticket offices. You can ignore these and proceed directly to bus pick-up Gate #17. You will be able to clearly see the gate numbers through the glass windows from inside the Station. During our recent experience visiting Melaka, at peak times Bus #17 can get quite crowded due to the combination of locals and tourists trying to make their way down to Dutch Square, Jonker Walk and the rest of the top attractions in Melaka. Therefore, it’s a good idea to wait outside near Gate #17 to make sure that you get a spot on the bus. If it’s quiet at the time, then just wait inside if you want. Once you are on the bus a local bus employee will walk around to collect money for the ticket. The bus ticket from Melaka Sentral to Jonker Walk costs RM 1.50 (approximately $0.50 USD). The bus will stop at Jalan Kubu Bus Station and you reach our residence which is just opposite the Jalan Kubu Bus Stop. For guest who are traveling by personal vehicles, we would suggest guest to park at the Open Car Park Space opposite our residence. The open car park space own by Melaka International School which is visible from Jalan Kubu or to make it easy, it is just opposite the Jonker Walk Gateway Entrance. Getting around Melaka is easy and convinient, travel by walk around Jonker Area and Tourism Area. Or if you wish to travel out of Jonker Area, we would suggest you to hail a GRAB/ UBER which will take you away from the traffic and the fees charges are low cost as in Melaka from one place to another place are really near.
