Hi, I am Benny.Warm welcome to our classic design homestay. This is a 3 Storey House; Ground floor - 2 rooms; Level 2 - 3 rooms & Level 3 - 3 rooms.
With kid pool and mah-jong table (mahjong is not provided).
It is located at Kota Syahbandar, Melaka -the heart of the city, with great convenience to all local attractions especially Jonker street and Heritage. This unit come with perfect ID design for great comfort to ensure customer who stay in are relax in the conceptual environment.
This is a 3 Storey Terrace House, Totally 8 room, which can fixed up to 23 person. All are fixing bed. 6 room attached with bathroom & water heater. Suitable for big group gathering and family trip. Car porch can fix 2 car and out of gate can park with free parking. Bbq equipment, kid pool , mahjong, kitchen utensils is provided. Welcome staying and enjoy your Holiday !

This unit is taking care by Kegene or Eugene. Serving you will be our priority. Enjoy your holidays in our unit & Welcome staying.

-BBQ grill base is provided (charcoal , stick and others are not provided)
-Our unit check in time is 4pm
-If situation is allowed (with no guest on the previous day), we can allow check in at 2.45pm without any charge.
-Check out time will be 12noon
-Any early check in or late check out requirement are subject to approval with additional fees of RM 65 per hour.
*DEPOSIT RM500 WILL BE COLLECTED BEFORE CHECK IN IF IS NECCEESSARY.
DEPOSIT WILL REFUND AFTER STAYED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS IF UNIT IS FINE IN TERM OF CLEANLINESS AND PROPERTY*
