Youth City Residence, Vision City, Downtown Persiaran, Bandar Baru Nilai, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
It is handled by a professional management company that provides Short-Term and Mid-Term Rental to the public. Feel free to send us a message should you have any questions.
Our Suite is fully furnished and are of hotel standard. It is located at Tower A on 24th Floor and is very close to Nilai City making it suitable for business travelers, couples, and foreign travelers.
It features several facilities such as swimming pool, gym, playground.
Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided. Complimentary Coffee are also provided too.
Extra Amenities: Washer, Wifi, Netflix & Youtube, Induction cooker, microwave, cutleries and small pans for light cooking only.
The bedrooms setting is as follows:-
1. Master Bedroom : One (1) Queen Bed + attach Bathroom
2. Bedroom Two : One (1) Queen Bed
3. Living Room : 2 floor mattress + Bathroom

Kindly be informed that a Security Deposit of RM 200 will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be promptly refunded within 48 hours after your check-out, provided that the unit is found to be free of any damage, loss, or significant dirt. Please note that in the event of any technical issues from either party, there may be slight delays in processing.
