A brand new property. Double story house with 3 bedrooms all bedrooms has air-condition. The house is equipped with Coway water filter, microwave oven, bread toaster, fridge provided, flat screen TV 45” and Astro Njoi. Complementary coffee and tea for guest staying. Muslim owner. We welcome all races as long as the guest respect our house rules of no pork, no lard, no alcohol and no pets allowed. Cooking not allowed.. The housing area is very safe it comes with 24 hours security guard house for people to enter the area. All doors access to the house and the surroundings of the home stay is equipped with cctv.
