The property is independently operated by an individual owner & does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys & further contact details regarding the property.
A cash surcharge of 350MYR is required upon check-in as a security deposit for charges or damages during the stay & will be refunded upon departure.
Maximum number of 4 people of adults & children with additional max of 2 single bed is allowed. Single bed is charged upon request & payment is made directly to the owner.
Charges of MYR 25 per hour will be imposed if guest delay in check out.
Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 & 5-star hotels, & MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council & should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in & is not included in the room rate & taxes stated herein.
