This is a high end expatriate district that is 3 mins drive away from the famous Gurney drive, 15mins drive from Georgetown town centre, and 20mins drive to Batu Feringgi beach! Within 5mins walk there is a Cold Storage Super Market in Island Plaza Shopping Mall. The Precinct 10 mall below the house offers a variety of restaurants from the authethic Korean bbq restaurants, Japan cuisine, Chinese steamboat, Chinise stir fry restaurant, western food, pubs, halal Middle East and Indian cuisine. Starbucks and Coffee Bean are next to us with less than 5 minutes walk. 24 hours KFC restaurant is next to us only. You could use Grab mobile app to travel around at Penang. There is no Uber at the South East Asia as Uber has sold the business to Grab. Gurney Drive, Gurney Plaza and the famous Gurney Drive street food night market is within 3 to 5 minutes drive. Georgetown UNESCO Heritage/ Mural is 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Penang Avatar Secret Garden, Tesco, and Strait Quay mall are 3 minutes drive away. Traffic at Penang could be bad during peak hours. You could use Grab app during the peak hour as it charges a fixed fare. Be a smart traveler and use Grab to travel around like a pro at Penang!
