The villa features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, with all the modern comfort living of a luxury mansion. The 26 beds with various combinations can sleep up to 33 comfortably. There are 4 balconies with garden and hillview. Spacious patios for events. The air-conditioned villa also provides several terraces to sit out. Guests can swim in the indoor pool, go hiking or barbeque in the garden. 15 mins walk away from the beach and local shops.Ferringhi Hillview Villa is located 15mins walk away from the busy township of Batu Ferringhi resort and beaches. The build up of the villa is around 10000sq ft The barbeque facility is located under shelter in the back garden.It is located on a quiet private road with 5 other bungalows of unique designs. Roadside parking is available.As we are in a quiet neighbourhood, please keep noise down especially after 9pm.We do not allow sleeping in lounges and other communal areas.We have many strict house rules. Please agree before you book.
