Other things to note
(1) RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
Strictly NO smoking, no drugs, no pets, no strong odor substances eg Durian, and no parties/events allowed in the unit. (Penalty RM500 will be imposed)
(2) EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
Subject to availability and charges. Late checkout without the host's permission will impose a RM100/hour late checkout penalty.
(3) SWIMMING POOL
Swimming pool is open daily from 8 am-10 pm (subject to MO rules & decisions). Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire otherwise are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
(4) GYM
Gym is temporarily closed until further notice (by Management).
(5) KITCHEN LIGHT COOKING
Kitchen only for light cooking using portable Ceramic cooker.
(6) EXCESSIVE RUBBISH OR VANDALISM
You are welcomed to cook, eat, and drink in the property. But, please pack & throw the rubbish at the Basement (Level B) refuse bin. Excessive rubbish or mess and any damages found after the check-out will have reimbursement claimed onto the guest.
(7) EXTRA CLEANING
Extra cleaning can be arranged with an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange extra cleaning session.
(8) OLD BUT GOLD
This is not a new building, please be aware that there may be some signs of wear and tear, as well as the natural aging of the structure of the building. However, we take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and design of our space to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment.
