Nanyang’s house is a 2 storey shophouse originally built in 1940s. A lovely base for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Georgetown.

The beautiful restored 19th century shophouse is a real pleasure for the eye.

In this Heritage house, this gallery focuses on the intersection of modern art and ancient traditions.

The painting by the owner make you can just sleep with ART.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets in the house.
And works well for a group of friends, couples, or families to accommodate groups of 8.

- free one car park in front of the house
( one day car park coupon will be provided)

- Kitchen with Coway filtered drinking hot/ cold water, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, oven, cutlery, plates bowls and cups
- slippers available for your comfort.
- Cleaning 1 x per week or as agreed for long term rent.

While you’re stay here, the house will be your private oasis.

Chia is able to speak English, Malay, Chinese, Cantonese, Hokkien, Taiwanese.

This house has old plumbing and has a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

? No shoes within the house. We prepare some indoor shoes for you.
?Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
?Please do not rearrange our furniture.
