1. This is private place hosted by private host, not categorized by hotel. There is no reception desk available, all communication will be done by messaging. Please check your AGODA INBOX and provide us your Whatsapp number after reservation confirmed. Otherwise no any receptionist available in the building.
2. Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am. It is strictly fixed due to our cleaning schedule arrangement. Please acknowledge this before reservation made and manage your arrival and departure time wisely. For Luggage drop off, please use service provided by self service laundry shop named 'Polar Bear Laundry' at building shop lot Level 2.
