We will reach out to you via WhatsApp with detailed instructions on how to access the property one day before your scheduled arrival. Check-In Time: 3PM onwards Check-Out Time: 11AM Refundable Deposit: As a reminder, we will collect a refundable deposit of RM200 via bank transfer before check in to cover any potential damages or incidentals that might occur during your stay. We want to assure you that we have complete trust in our guests, and we expect the full refund to be processed after your stay, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
