The property provides two-way boat transfer to and from the mainland.

Boat Schedules:
From Jetty to Resort: 07:00 AM, 09:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 02:00 PM, and 04:30 PM
From Resort to Jetty: 08:00AM, 12:00 PM, and 04:00 PM

Guests are required to collect the boat ticket at Kuala Besut Travel Office (KBT). The ticket is non-refundable.

Upon making a reservation, kindly provide the arrival time in the special request box for the boat transfer service to be arranged.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
