此民宿位于雪兰莪北部西海岸，最为热闹的一个华人小镇, 也是唯一的一栋拥有泳池设施的高楼公寓。
为了接应到此一游的游客, 我们精手布置了多间民宿套房, 游客可在傍晚时分，在露台欣赏夕阳日落的海景。微微的风，很凉爽。民宿屋内瀰漫着最真挚亲切的人情味，都是又我们亲手打造的。

本单位位于适耕庄唯一的公寓住宅区的14楼，面向海景。因此，可以观赏到太阳夕下的美景， 蔚蓝的天空， 凉风习习，远眺市区及海边的景色。

3楼备有健身室，泳池，羽毛球场，烧烤区，游乐场; 顶楼设有花园区域，可供观赏整个适耕庄的景色

环境协调，安静又舒适。 本单位位于高楼，因此这里的风很凉，周围也比较肃静，可以放松心情;孩子们可以去游泳和玩乐;长辈们则在一旁散步. 此民宿靠近周边旅游地点，大概10分钟就可以抵达。
