To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged. Boat schedules are as follow;

Arrival Schedule :
1) 09.30 AM (for flight arriving before 08.30 AM at Tawau Airport)
2) 12.00 PM (for flight arriving before 10.30 AM at Tawau Airport)

Departure Schedule :
1) 11.00 AM (for flight after 03:00 PM)
2) 02.00 PM (for flight after 06:00 PM)

Land arrangement is only provided during the actual check in and check out date. Any early arrival and late departure will not be entertained.
Please inform the property in advance of your flight details such as flight number and actual time of arrival and departure for early arrangement.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
