As part of our hosting policy, we collect a refundable deposit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone after booking is confirmed. Rest assured, it will be returned within 4 hours after checkout provided there are no damages or issues. 2. Since this is a brand-new residence, there may be occasional renovation noise during the day as some neighbors are still settling in. But don’t worry, it usually quiets down by evening, so you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. 3. Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests total, including children and infants. Exceeding this limit may result in booking cancellation and an additional charge of RM100.
