Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped 3-storey home in Astana Parkhome B, Sungai Petani! Perfect for family getaways or group stays, the house offers:
Ground Floor: 1 bedroom (aircond) with an ensuite bathroom (no heater)
First Floor: 1 master bedroom (aircond) with an ensuite bathroom (heater) and 1 additional bedroom (aircond) with an ensuite bathroom (heater).
*Extra: we had 2 sofa beds at (living room and family area) which convertable to additional comfort beds.
Enjoy Google TV with branded soundbar at living room. Also enjoy android TV at family area at first floor.
Attic Floor: Can use for extra bed place (no attached bathroom).

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and attic floor. However, please note that one small bedroom on the second floor will remain locked and is not accessible to guests.

Our home is a spacious corner lot located in a peaceful, gated, and guarded community. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with well-maintained surroundings. We have a wonderful neighbor next door who is kind and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
You’ll find the area perfect for relaxing while still being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil retreat or a base to explore Sungai Petani, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds.
Our home is designed with a park-home concept, offering plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. You can take a stroll around the back of the house, where there’s a walking/jogging track and a playground, perfect for families and children. The area is surrounded by lush trees that provide plenty of shade, making it ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation.
Kids will especially love the playground, and the peaceful atmosphere ensures a refreshing escape.
- Gated and Guarded Community: Our home is located in a gated and guarded neighborhood, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment. Guests will need to check in at the entrance to obtain an access pass. Please bring along your booking details for a smooth process.
- Garden Access: Guests can access the garden through a gate at the back of the house, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
- BBQ Area: The side of the house is ideal for BBQ activities. A large outdoor umbrella is provided but will need to be set up by guests. The table from the living room can be moved outside for convenience.
