Gemilang Guesthouse is a single terrace house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s located at Sungai Lalang, Sungai Petani Kedah.
House can stay up to max 8 persons. All bedroom was completed with air-cond and fans.

- 3 queen bed 1 single bed ( 3 bedroom with air conditioning & fans )
- 2 bathrooms ( 1 inside the main room )
- 1 sofa L shape & 3 + 2 sofa in living room
- Dining Table 8 seater
- Smart TV 49inch with Netflix but no wifi provided
- Refrigerator
- Kettle
- Microwave
- Coway Water Dispenser
- Washing Machine
- Cooking Allowed
- Hood & Hob are not working at this moment but we provided separate gas stove for cooking
- Iron & Iron board provided

Entire House.
As the accommodation is a Muslim Property, Non Halal items containing alcohol, pork & lard are not permitted on the premises.
Check in time is 2pm onwards.
Check out time is 12 noon.
Basic House Rules.
1) Non halal food, pork, lard & Alcohol drinks are not permitted at the house.
2) Strictly NO LOUD NOISES in the house.
3) Strictly NO Party/ Gathering/ Celebration.
4) Strictly no smoking inside house.
