Late check-out is available at an additional charge and subject to availability. There will be no refund for early check-out.
A peak season surcharge of MYR 30 per room will be collected upon check in. The dates applied are as per below:

May 1, 2020 to May 2, 2020.
May 7, 2020.
May 23, 2020 to June 7, 2020.
June 6, 2020 to June 7, 2020.
July 25 , 2020 to August 2, 2020.
July 31, 2020 to August 1, 2020.
August 20, 2020 to August 24, 2020.
August 29, 2020 to August 31, 2020.
September 16, 2020.
Housekeeping is available every day from 08:00AM to 05:00PM by request at reception only.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
