2. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid check-in issues.
3. Cooking is allowed, but avoid heating aromatic food to prevent lingering smells between stays.
4. No parties/events or activities that may leave a mark or mess.
5. SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED.
6. The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities.
7. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
8. Guests will be charged Php1000 for lost keys.
