Nestled within an eight-story rental, we offer a unique blend of comfort and urban convenience. Perfectly situated in the bustling heart of the city. We cater to both short-term and long-term rentals, as well as agoda hosting, providing flexibility for every guest's needs.
The guest floor of the building houses meticulously designed stylish rooms. Whether you're seeking a cozy retreat for a weekend getaway or a long-term residence in the city, Kubaw Room residences have the perfect space for you.

This room is intentionally designed without a TV, allowing you to disconnect from screens and focus on what truly matters – bonding and connection with your travel companions.
-Bathrooms: Private clean and well-lit bathroom with windows. Includes a heated shower, bidet and complimentary toiletries.
-Complete set of amenities including towels and slippers.
-Maximum Occupancy For your comfort and to ensure a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that no more than 2 people occupy the room, as our space is limited we do not offer any paid additional guests.
-Wi-Fi: High-speed internet throughout the building, perfect for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows but not be sufficient for high-performance online gaming
