The place is nearby to 3 Huge Malls (SM NORTH EDSA, THE BLOCK and TRINOMA), Bus Terminal, MRT Station, LRT Station and Jeepney Terminal is within the vicinity. Parking is on first come first serve within the condominium area. Advisable to park inside the GRASS RESIDENCES.

The space
Grass Residences is just a 5 minute walk ( thru bridge way) to SM North EDSA and transportation hub. It has a 24 hour security.

Guest access
All amenities that includes gym, swimming pool, & basketball court

Other things to note
1. Guests are allowed to cook but cooking of fried fish or dried fish are not allowed
2. Check in time is 2pm and Check out is 12PM.
3. Pls send a copy of your ID, complete names of the guests and their birthdays
4. Use of Swimming pool and other amenities are subject to certain fees but will try to issue COL to guests (staying minimum of 2days) to have the fees waived)
5. Swimming pool is only available for the owner on weekends. Guest is allowed to use the pool Monday to Friday only.
6. Guest who will check in late would need to pay 200PHP transportation for the care taker.
7. NO overnight parking.
