Basic kitchenwares are provided. 3. 1 Empty container for water 4. The unit is at the 26nd floor - Iris Tower 5. We provide extra linens,pillow,bed and blanket for the 4th-6th guests 6. Extra guest/s after 6 will not be provided with mattress but we can provide extra blankets if ever. 7. Clean towels will be provided. 8. Toiletries: Soap and Shampoo Only 9. The gym is for Members only. Minimum membership fee is 1,050 for 1 month. 10. Pool is for Homeowners only. Guests can use the pool during weekdays with fee. Guests are not allowed to use the pool during weekends (friday to sun)and holidays 11. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. 12. Hosts are staying in IRIS lobby only. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns. 13. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability. 14. CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY -Please wash all kitchenwares such as plates,pans and utensils before check out. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please return the unit in the condition given. 15.
