Lizzie's Place is located at Amaia Skies Cubao developed by Ayala Land Corp. The condo has full amenities such as pool, basketball court, playground, garden landscape, and function room. It is conveniently located right along EDSA cor. P. Tuazon, also accessible via MRT2. STI is just across Amaia building. Few steps to SM Hypermarket. Walking distance to Araneta Coliseum, Farmers, SM Cubao, Rustans, Alimall, Gateway Mall and Call Centers. The studio unit has a relaxing and comfortable feel. It is perfect for staycation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurer and business traveler. It has a good location and amenities for your convenience. Unit has a single bed with pull out. With a few minor adjustments, a third person can fit in. We have a single floor foam mattress for the third person. There is also a two-seater couch so guest sit comfortably. Unit has a Smart TV with Free 20mbps wifi and free netflix and iflix is also available. There is also a refrigerator, oven toaster and a small kitchen where you can cook light meals. Guests are also given complimentary water, coffee and amenity kit which includes toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, tissue, soap and shampoo. Note: 1. No Check in on Sundays and Holidays (check out only as per condo policy) 2. There is no parking available in the condo but there are nearby pay parking available.
