Relax in a simple yet cozy 2-bedroom condominium unit in a resort-style complex in Levina Place Pasig. It has a balcony overlooking the mountainous region of Rizal. Levina Place also has two pools thay adults and kids may enjoy. Get the luxury of living peacefully while enjoying the accessibility within the metro.

Our space has 2 bedrooms. Each room has a queen bed with fluffy pillows and comfortable bed sheets and pillow cases. Our sala room has a sofa and 2 solo seats with a TV powered with TV plus. Our shower has a heating function. Shampoo and soap are available for use. Our toilet is equipped with a bidet for your comfort. Our kitchen has a stove and some cooking essentials (i.e. pot, frying pan, knife set, cooking oil, salt and pepper). Plates, glasses, mugs and utensils are provided. An electric kettle is available for your hot drinking water.

You may utilise our whole space! We also have a drying cage in the roof deck allotted for the unit. Go downstairs and have a walk in the ground level, around the lobby and in the clubhouse area. You may also make use both of the adult and kiddie pools and the children's playground.

Conditions for the use of pools as implemented by the Levina Place Management Office (applied to all DMCI properties):
- Guests are allowed to use the pools during weekdays for Php224 per head to be paid directly to the Management Office.
- Guests will not be allowed to use the pools during weekends and public holidays.
- Pools are closed every Monday for weekly maintenance.
