Our apartment is like a typical house. It is not the same as hotel with beautiful and luxurious facilities, or even a room service that would take care of everyday cleaning.
Though it is simple, it is neat and comfortable. The apartment is a 28 square meter studio room and has a window type air conditioning system. It is equipped with basic cooking utensils & dinnerware that you may use during your stay. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle and electric cooking stove. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower, and bidet. The bed is a queen size bed in fresh, clean sheets. Bath towels and other guest amenities are also present in the room. Television is a 40-inch Smart TV and you may enjoy Netflix. WIFI is also free (up to 100mbps).
The condominium has a shallow-end swimming pool. This amenity is free to use for long term tenant (at least 1 month lease) and with minimal fee for short term tenant and guests. There is also a gym and it is located inside the Clubhouse.
Parking is free for motorcycle and bicycle which is located at the basement of each tower. First Come, First Served Policy is implemented here. For cars, there is a designated area for free parking during daytime only (6am-6pm), but limited slots only. There is also a pay-parking which is an exclusive parking slot located on the basement area, but guest must notify us first to arrange the said parking slot for them.
