✔Please note that parking slot is not included in your booking, however, paid parking is available on the premises on a first-come, first-serve basis. While we cannot guarantee the availability of parking slots, especially during peak hours, we do our best to accommodate our guests. In case the parking is full, you may also park at the nearby mall for your convenience.

⚠️Privacy is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured, your submitted IDs will be promptly deleted upon check-out. Our units are free from CCTV, hidden cameras, or any recording devices. The Alexa Echo Show does not capture video or conversations. For an added layer of security, please check the camera cover on the device. Thank you for choosing us.
HOUSE RULES:
✔ To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed and will be considered trespassers. Please note that the maximum capacity of the property is 3 people.
✔ We kindly ask that you refrain from cooking food with a strong or pungent aroma, as it may linger and affect the comfort of future guests.
✔ Strictly no smoking. Penalty and extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be charged to the guest and reported to agoda.
