The property offers free cleaning service every 3 days for long stay guests.
The property only accepts bookings with a minimum night stay of six (6) months. Any bookings with less than the required nights will not be accepted.
Guests can use the gym from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM only.
PHP 2000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
The property is accommodating guest at exception rates that include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner package.
