Php 5,945 for an overnight stay for up to 10 persons. Additional 300/head per day in excess of 10. (Will be paid upon check-in) Children 6 yrs old and below are free of charge. Free use of aircon Free Wi-Fi and cable TV Free use of stove, cookware, kitchen utensils and tableware. One 5-gallon water per day for the dispenser is provided. Php 1,000 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. Will be returned in full once you check-out if there are no damages/losses incurred. You may book for up to 10 persons here then the excess will be paid upon check-in. * Towels and toiletries are NOT provided. Transient house with no hotel service. * One 5-gallon of purified water per day for the dispenser is provided. You can order from the water refilling station nearby for additional supply at your own expense. Prime location along Tagaytay Ridge in the uncongested area of Tagaytay where you can have a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. We are based in Manila but you may reach me thru my mobile phone which will be visible after the (URL HIDDEN) Tita Sabel is the person in charge who will handle the check-in and check-out procedures. She is not residing in the house so it is best to inform her about your check-in time prior to your arrival. Additional payments will be done upon check-in.
