DESCRIPTION Relax & relieve stress in our coastal designed rooms located at SM Wind. Inspired by the sea, we focused on a neutral palette – white walls w/ blue & driftwood accents creating a light, breezy, & calming ambiance. Each room has heated shower, AC, WiFi, TV, Netflix, TV Plus, drinking water, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens, & bathroom basics - everything for a perfect getaway. We're also close to everything - malls, groceries, 24/7 convenience stores, restaurants, SkyRanch, & so much more! *COVID-19 PROTOCOLS CLEANING PROTOCOL For our own & our guests’ safety & protection, we are implementing the following enhanced cleaning protocol: 1. We CLEAN, SANITIZE, & DISINFECT before & after each reservation. After cleaning & sanitizing, WE USE AN ANTIVIRUS & GERMICIDAL UV LAMP to sterilize the room/s. 2. For an extra layer of protection, we also provide an AIR PURIFIER TO FILTER THE AIR inside the room/s. GUEST PROTOCOL Under MGCQ, the following guest protocol is implemented: 1. Guests who fall under the following are ALLOWED as long as they have a travel pass from their own barangay: - below 15 yrs. old - above 65 yrs. old - pregnant women - with certain heath conditions 2. Upon arrival, guest/s fill out a health declaration form. 3. Guests are also subject to COVID-19 protocols of SM Wind Residences: - temperature scanning - wearing of face mask & face shield - social distancing *This room is beside another room that's also open for (URL HIDDEN) You can book them separately or together. Our 27 sqm. seaside-inspired rooms located on the 15th floor of Tower 2 SM Wind Residences are all fully furnished making it ideal for anyone wanting to unwind & de-stress right in the heart of Tagaytay city. Each of our rooms comes with the following: BEDROOM - air-conditioner - bed with fresh linens & pillows - convertible sofa bed with throw pillows - hangers - intercom - lamp - Netflix, YouTube - TV - TV Plus - Wi-Fi KITCHEN - curtains - dining utensils (good for 4 pax) - electric kettle - induction stove with range hood - kitchen benches with cushion - kitchen utensils - microwave - refrigerator - rice cooker - unlimited drinking water using Japan-made water purifier BATHROOM - bidet - fresh towels (good for 2 pax) - hot & cold shower COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS (good for 2 pax) - coffee - shampoo - soap - toothpaste AMENITIES (*operating hours is 8am-10pm) - basketball, badminton, & tennis courts - billiards - heated indoor & regular outdoor swimming pools with shower rooms - jogging paths - playground area - recreational area - Sky Lounge (360o view of Tagaytay) (*operating hours is 9am-6pm) - soccer field SWIMMING POOL USAGE (*operating hours is 8am-10pm) Php150 (regular day) / Php300 (holiday) per head *Payment & registration will be done on a daily basis. Hence, you can swim all you want on the day of payment but will be charged again the following day. *If you’re staying on a holiday, please advise us in advance if you’re planning to swim so we can request swimming vouchers for you. The administration office is closed on holidays, so we need to request those vouchers ahead.
