Bucheon Stay and Able Pension provides the best in services and amenities to help make guests feel comfortable. Never be out of touch with your contacts, with free Wi-Fi offered throughout your stay. If you plan to arrive by car, you'll appreciate the pension's free parking, right on-site. Staying for a long time, or just need clean clothes? At the pension, your favorite travel outfits will be kept clean and available with laundromat provided on-site.
For lazy days and nights, in-room conveniences like daily housekeeping let you make the most of your room. Little things you forgot to pack aren't a big problem! Just stop by the convenience stores to get what you need. Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in the pension to allow cleaner air for all guests.
Each guestroom at Bucheon Stay and Able Pension is furnished and equipped with handy amenities. Some rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and air conditioning for your convenience. Some rooms at Bucheon Stay and Able Pension include separate living room and balcony or terrace as part of their design layout. In-room entertainment such as television and in-room video streaming is provided for guests in some selected rooms.
The pension also offers a refrigerator, a coffee or tea maker, bottled water and mini bar in some rooms for when you feel like it is needed. It's good to know that a hair dryer, toiletries and towels are provided in some guest bathrooms.

A night in at the pension's bar and nightclub can be as fun as a night out with your travel companions. Guests who prefer to make their own meals will love the in-house BBQ facilities and shared kitchen available here.

- The rooftop is available until 21:00 PM.
- Acts such as handling sound or singing loudly on the rooftop do not fit our concept. I would appreciate it if you could understand the private, serene rest.
- Simple cooking or eating of food is possible indoors, in the 'dining room on the 3rd floor'.

-We would appreciate it if you could understand that food that uses a lot of oil, such as meat and fish, cannot be cooked indoors.

- For a quiet and private rest, it would be appreciated if you close the window when communicating after 21:00 PM.

In the city center, remember precious memories with loved ones,
Stay&Able for sharing is a resting place with 'quietness' and 'private' as the main concepts.

In March 2023, the suspended rooftop barbecue service will reopen.
Seek cooperation from residents in the city center, and the newly opened rooftop barbecue service has some rules for rest in the city.


1. The rooftop barbecue service is available until 21:00 PM.
2. At PM 21:00, the rooftop lights are turned off.
3. The rooftop is available until 21:00 PM.
4. The use of high-pitched songs and sound devices on the rooftop is not allowed.

※ The rooftop barbecue is available until 21:00 PM for a rest in the city.
Before PM 21:00, you must end the use of the rooftop.
If, even after the guidance of the staff in charge, you do not cooperate with the relevant part, or if there are complaints from nearby residents,
Inevitably, you may be forced to leave without a refund.
