It is located a 59-second walk from Gwangalli Beach, and there are various foods and entertainment such as famous restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby.
You can use the living room on the first floor and the room space on the second floor at your leisure.
We provide a clean space at all times, and in particular, bedding, etc. provide sterilized and disinfected bedding.
You can watch bidets and OTT (Netflix) with other amenities, etc.

- For parking, it is convenient to use the paid parking lot (Haman Parking Lot) in front of the accommodation.
- There are neighbors living around the property, so it is necessary to be considerate not to cause inconvenience due to excessive noise late at night.

Guests House Usage Guide
1. Security, Safety_
1) Entry Door Lock:
The number of the access door lock will be given to you on the day of check-in.
2) CCTV: Outdoor CCTVs are installed at the front door for crime prevention. (1 outdoor/only)
3) Fire prevention: Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed on each floor indoors (1st floor living room, 2nd floor room).
2. Bed and bedding set
1) The bed is basically available in the second floor room with 1 double size bed and 1 bunk bed.
2) There are two auxiliary mattresses (single) in the living room on the first floor.
3) We always provide blankets and pillows that are washed and disinfected.
3. Cooling and heating_
1) Air conditioning is available on each floor (1st floor living room, 2nd floor room), and air conditioning and heating are available in the living room on the first floor.
2) Each floor (1st floor living room, 2nd floor room) heated boiler is operated, and the boiler controller is used in the room on the second floor.
4. Watch TV and Ott_
1) You can watch TV and OTT (Netflix) in the living room on the first floor. (Use remote control 1)
2) You can only watch OTT (Netflix) in the room on the second floor.
(Use with TV remote control and OTT remote control)
5. Kitchen utensils_
1) Refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, etc. can be used.
2) Cups, bowls, etc. are provided.(Beach in the sink cabinet)
6. Toilet & Toilet_
1) Small toilet for living room on the first floor (cold, hot water)
2) Toilet and toilet for 2nd floor room (cold, hot water/bidet)
