1. Check-in information is sent via text message.
Room assignment: sent to the building/number one day before check-in
Room password: Sent around PM 15:50 on the day of check-in (check-in at 16:00)
2. We operate a lounge (front desk).
Operating hours: Daily AM 9:00 - PM 22:00 (Bedding and additional orders available until 20:00)
Location: Located on the left side of Gate 2 at the parking entrance of Building 104
3. Additional person fee
School-age children aged 7 and older are included in the number of guests, and up to the maximum number of people per room can be admitted free of charge.
However, beds and bedding are set according to the standard number of people, and additional bedding incurs a separate fee (KRW 20,000 per night).
(Capacity by room: 4 people for 2 bedrooms/maximum 6 people, 6 people for 3 bedrooms/maximum 8 people)
4. Additional costs (prior inquiry required)
Bedding: KRW 20,000 per unit per night (additional orders possible until 20:00)
Early check-in, late check-out: KRW 10,000 per hour
Room maintenance: Free once per 4 nights, KRW 40,000 per time upon request.
5. Other
Parking is available for free on the 1st and 2nd basement floors without separate registration. (Cars with a total height of 2.3m or less)
As part of our environmental protection efforts, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste sets are not provided.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Violators will be subject to KRW 200,000 in damages and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed in all rooms.
