- Hello, this is the Brick Ryokan check-in guide.

○ Regarding Check-in
- You will check in using the kiosk.
- If you need early check-in, please contact us in advance (from 3:00 PM onwards).
- You can check in using the name and phone number registered on the platform. (If your name is recorded in English, please enter it in the order of last name, first name.)
- Please make sure to bring your ID for check-in.

○ Room Use
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Towels and other amenities will be provided according to the number of guests on the reservation. If you used a platform that does not support adding extra guests, please send a message to the hotel number as follows:
"This is [Your Name], who booked Brick Ryokan on [Platform] for [Date]. I would like to add [Number] guests."
- For signature rooms, the type (Japanese-style or Western-style) will be assigned randomly.
- As part of our green campaign, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.
- For details on basic amenities, please refer to the room description and photos.
- If your reserved room type is fully booked, you will be automatically upgraded.

[Parking Instructions]
○ For parking, please use one of the following options:
1) Parking in front of the building
2) Underground parking lot of the building
3) Nearby public parking lots or street parking (Chungbuk, Cheongju-si, Heungdeok-gu, Uncheon-dong 1409) (All options are free of charge.)
Additionally, there is no street parking enforcement on weekends (from Friday 8:00 PM to Sunday).

- Please note that the underground parking lot has a low ceiling and is narrow, so parking may be difficult. (Only small SUVs or smaller vehicles are recommended.)

- We recommend options 1) and 3) for parking.
