- Additional charges apply for extra persons and bedding: 20,000 KRW within the standard occupancy and 25,000 KRW when exceeding the standard occupancy.
- Minors are not allowed to check in. If a reservation is made for minors staying together, check-in will be refused, and no cancellation or refund will be provided.
- If a cancellation occurs due to the partner property’s circumstances, 100% of the payment amount will be refunded.
- In cases of theft, damage, or breakage of facilities caused by guests, compensation fees may be charged, so please take special care when using the facilities.
