* 숙소는 2층에 위치하며 엘리베이터는 없습니다.
* 게스트 안전 및 인원수 체크를 위해 현관 앞 CCTV 설치 (사용인원 예약 필수!)하였습니다.
* 절대 금연 (전자담배 포함) - 흡연은 1층 바깥에서 부탁드리며 실내 흡연 흔적 있을 시 별도 청소비가 청구됩니다.
* 주택가에 위치하고 있는 공동주택인 만큼 밤 10시 이후 소음 주의해 주세요.
* 반려동물 불가입니다.
* 삼겹살, 생선, 게 등 냄새 빠지지 않는 음식 조리는 불가입니다.
* 청소는 체크아웃 후 진행됩니다. 장기숙박 시 청소는 숙소 내 비치된 청소용품으로 직접 하셔야 합니다. 숙박 중 청소 원할 시에는 추가 비용 있습니다.
* 숙소 내 비치된 비품 및 소품은 제자리에 놓아주시고 소중히 사용해 주세요. 파손 및 분실 시에는 배상 책임 있습니다.
* The accommodation is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
* CCTV in front of the front door (reservation of the number of users is required!) for guest safety and number of people.
* Never smoke (including e-cigarettes) - Smoking is required outside the first floor and a separate cleaning fee will be charged if there are any traces of indoor smoking.
* Please be careful of noise after 10 p.m. as it is an apartment house located in a residential area.
* No pets allowed.
* It is impossible to cook foods such as pork belly, fish, and crab.
* Cleaning will take place after checking out. Cleaning must be done directly with cleaning supplies provided in the accommodation during the long stay. There is an additional fee if you want to clean during the stay.
* Please put the equipment and props in your accommodation and use them carefully. In case of damage or loss, you are liable for compensation.
