Ocean-front Villa! Perfect place for gathering

 

 

 

 

Hello, I've made this list to rent our entire suites and a family room for a group gathering (eg. family gathering, small event, company workshop..ect) We are a Villa/beach-house type of accommodation located in front of "Aewol Seaside" which is the most beautiful oceanview area in Jeju island. We have a large garden with outdoor tables/chairs so you could perfectly enjoy Jeju's weather as well :)
If you are booking our place, you would book total 6 Suites and "Family Room", which means you guys will be the only guests we are hosting and you would exclusively use our place without sharing with others. (You will be using total of 5500 sqft exclusively)
"Sleep independently but gather together!"
You can sleep in each hotel suite but gather in Family room for a fun time.
"Family room" is a place for dining/living room with a kitchen attached for up to 16 people or more so a large group of people can comfortably enjoy their time in this area.
- Out of 6 Suites, 3 Suites are for 4 guests with 2 queen size beds and 3 Suites are for 2 guests with a queen beds so total 18 people can comfortably sleep on the beds but if there are more than 18 people, we would provide a set of bedding. (Topper mattress with comforter set)
For this reservation, the set number of total guests is 18, but if there are more, we would charge 20,000 KRW per extra guest (per night) and the maximum number of guests would be 22 guests. You could pay the extra fee when you are checking in if you guys are more than 18 people.
