초록의 잔디 정원의 한가운데 위치한 객실로 넓은 통창으로 한눈에 들어오는 푸른 바다를 조망하며, 시원한 태평양의 파도소리가 바로 들려오는 발코니 그리고 넉넉한 공간의 리빙 공간과 침실이 하나로 구성되어 있는 원룸형 객실로 퀸베드에 누워 돌아 누우면 바로 바다의 일출을 감상할 수 있는 구조이다.
바다를 바라보며 여독을 날릴 수 있는 바스탑이 별도로 구비되어 있고 샤워룸과 화장실 그리고 파우더룸이 각각 구분되어 있다.
작은 주방에는 인덕션과 각종 식기류가 구비되어 있으며, 얼음 정수기와 전자레인지, 네스프레소 커피머쉰 그리고 와인잔과 머그컵들이 제공된다.
