- 만약 예약 시 기재하지 않으셨거나, 잘못 기재하신 경우, 최대한 빠른 시간 내 고객님의 연락처 정보를 아고다 고객센터로 전달주시기 바랍니다.
- 아고다 판매 페이지에 기재되어 있지 않더라도 바베큐, 수영장, 스파, 미온수 등 숙소 내 부대시설 이용 시 추가 요금이 발생됩니다. 숙소마다 다를 수 있으므로, 부대시설 현황 및 이용 금액, 결제 방식은 반드시 체크인 전에 숙소로 직접 확인 부탁드리며 날씨 또는 숙박 시설의 상황에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, 관련 내용으로의 환불은 불가합니다.
- 모든 어린이와 유아는 연령과 관계없이 투숙 목적으로 성인과 동일한 인원수로 간주되며 최대인원을 초과한 인원은 아고다 상 예약이 완료되었더라도 입실거부처리 될 수 있습니다. (*숙소마다 다를 수 있음)

Guests need to contact the property directly for bookings created and paid on the same day after 08:00 PM.

- If guests are checking in after 6 PM (Korean time) on the check-in day, guests must contact the property directly in advance to discuss the check-in time and method.

- Special requests may vary depending on the property and circumstances.

After purchase, please be sure to confirm with the hotel whether your reservation has been confirmed. - Electric grill + electric cooker available in all rooms 30,000 won per room / on-site payment

[Pick-up information]
We provide pickup at the pension.
Pick-up location: Entrance to Japanese House Street
Pick-up time: Reservation must be made at least one day in advance.
Pickup is available twice a day at 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

[Information on bringing dogs]
Only available in Building B, Rooms 201, 202, and 203
Only available for dogs weighing less than 15kg
Up to 2 animals per room
(Please contact the pension if you wish to accommodate more than 2 animals.)
Small dogs (under 10 kg) 20,000 won
Medium-sized dog (10kg~15kg) 30,000 won
If 3 dogs are staying, please inquire with the accommodation in advance.
Please note that there is a deposit of 100,000 won.

※ Precautions
1) Dogs suffering from rabies, menstruation, or estrus are not permitted to enter the room, and those that have not been vaccinated are not permitted to enter the room.
2) Dogs that bite are not allowed to enter the room.
3) You must be accompanied when entering or exiting the room.
