3. 반려동물의 출입은 어렵습니다.
4. 아파트 내 물건등의 파손, 손상 및 얼룩 등이 발생하는 경우 비용청구가 추가로 있을 수 있습니다. 소중하게 다뤄주세요.
5. 아파트내서는 반드시 금연해주세요. (흡연시 10만원이 청구됩니다.)
6. 다음 게스트를 위해서 냄새가 많이 나는 음식은 피해주세요. (예: 생선구이, 삼겹살, 삼합 등)
