Newly and directly constructed in August 2022 by the host who majored in design, On:the zip is full of awesome design features from entrance on the 1st floor to top of the building. It may look small at first glance, yet we have put much efforts in creating a place that can please your eyes. Come and visit us! We are the best fit for couples, solo business travelers.

The newly completed building in 2022 has hosts living together. If you need anything, the host will actively help you.
The bathroom, kitchen, and bed are in the same space.

Pocket-fi
We'll rent you a pocket-fi(portable wi-fi device).
( A capacity of 23GB/month is provided. However, if the limit is exhausted in advance by another guest, there may be restrictions on data usage.)
1. There are children living in the building. Therefore, smoking is always prohibited in the room. Smoking outside the building, please. (You will be charged $200 in case of violation.)
2. Please take off your shoes in the room.
3. Noise from the next room may enter the room. And we have a little baby in this house, Please understand.
4. Noise and vibration of the washing machine are transmitted to all buildings at night, so the use of the washing machine is prohibited after 10 p.m.
* Precautions (exit measures in case of violation)
- No party/no admission except for reserved people
- Please refrain from making noise after 10 o'clock.
- Filming is not allowed for movies, dramas, etc.
* Fines and refunds
- Indoor smoking violation ($200usd)
- Claim for compensation in case of contamination of bedding or damage to supplies
- Refund is not possible at check-out due to violation of precautions.
