Because it is a residential space, you can't enter any other room except the one you booked, and you can use the entire house and common sections alone.

The space
• We provide sufficient ventilation, cleaning, disinfection, and bedding replacement after checkout for safe and comfortable use. (We are cleaning bedding with UV sterilization.)
• Please be sure to wash the dishes, dispose of food waste, and separate collection before checking out:)
• Guests other than reservations are not allowed to simply enter and exit (visit).

Lotte Department Store Nowon Station Nowon Cultural Street It is very close within 5 minutes by bus from the 8th village right in front of Madele Station. Just a short walk away, Nowon Station is close and the downtown area is close. The area around the house is quiet, so you can rest quietly.☺️

Please be careful with noise in the outdoor terrace outside. Be wary of loud noises or loud music.

In case of damage, wallpaper, curtains, linen contamination, or loss of items indoors, you may be charged an additional fee.
• Absolutely non-smoking in the building. (200,000 won cleaning fee charged when smoking indoors)
• Do not damage marble. (In case of marble damage, 300,000 won will be charged per sheet)
• Cooking is possible, but please understand that food with strong smells, meat, fish, and seafood cannot be cooked.
• Parking in the building will be added separately for 5,000 won per night if you have a car.
