Our house is two minutes from exit 6 and exit 7 of Hongdae Station.
The exit is connected to the airport railway (Arex) and has an escalator installed.
Free parking and free wifi
♡It is located 3 minute from the exit 8/9 of Hongik Univ. station♡
My flat is located two minutes away from Exit 7 of Hongik Univ stn AREX(airport subway line) by walk. Sperated two bedrooms ( One room has a curtain door for use as a living room.) and one bathrooms. Newly decorated house, Cozy interior, clean place, free wifi. Many restaurants , pubs, shops, cafe, 24hours convenient store, hot spots near my house. Close to subways(2mins), public transportation(4~5mins)
☆ Based on reviews and ratings from our customers, we are improving and modifying all necessary modifications to our home ( hot water, heating, air conditioning, supplies needed, etc.... ). I would appreciate it if you could refer to this. ☆
홍대거리와 가깝고 홍대역 7번출구, 버스정류장과 2분거리에 위치해있습니다.
- 집 전체(방2,거실,화장실)를 사용하 실 수 있습니다. (방 1개는 거실과 함께 사용 할 수 있도록 커텐으로 되어 있습니다. )
- 고급 퀸사이즈 침대(2개) 싱글(2개)에서 편히 쉬실 수 있습니다.
- 요리에 필요한 취사도구가 있습니다.
- 주변에 치안센터와 CCTV가 있어서 안전합니다.
- 주변에 유명한 카페들과 음식점들이 있습니다.
- TV, WIFI, 드라이어기, 샴푸, 바디워시, 타월 등이 제공됩니다.
Main room : 1 queen bed and dressing table, door(It is made of curtain so that it can be used with living room)
2nd room : 1 queen bed and 1 built-in bunker bed for adults
Living room : table for gathering family members or friends
Kitchen : water purifier, induction, built-in washer, microwave, electric lineless kettle, refrigerator and etc.
Bathroom : water stand, toilet, shower, shower jel, shampoo, conditioner, towels etc.
메인 룸 : 1 개의 퀸사이즈 침대와 화장대,에어컨. 방문 (거실과 같이 사용 가능 하도록 커텐으로 되어 있습니다.)
2호실: 퀸사이즈 침대 1개 와 2층 침대 ,화장대,에어컨
거실 : 테이블
주방 : 정수기, 전기 인덕션, 커피포트, 전자렌지, 냉장고, 각종 식기류 조리도구
욕실 : 샤워기, 변기,세면대, 바디샤워, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 수건, 치약 기타등등.

My house is located too close to downtown but my house is quiet. You can easily enjoy sightseeing and shopping, and there are many convenience stores and famous restaurants nearby.
My neighborhood is clean.
With convenient transportation, you can travel to all areas of Seoul.
우리 집은 홍대거리에서 가까운 곳에 위치 하고 있습니다. 하지만 집 주변은 거주지역 이라 조용해서 편히 쉴 수 있습니다.
관광과 쇼핑을 쉽게 즐길 수 있으며 근처에는 편의점과 유명한 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다.
우리 동네는 깨끗하며. 편리한 교통편으로 서울의 모든 지역을 여행 할 수 있습니다.

Hongik Univ Area where my house is located is the most hot place for young people in Korea. There are parks, walks and small-scale art galleries around my house. Many restaurants , pubs, clubs, shops, cafes, and hot spots near my house. It's close to the sights of Seoul.

오후 3시 이후에 언제든지 체크인을 하시고 오전 11시 전에 언제든지 체크아웃을 할 수 있습니다. (시간은 호스트와 상의 후 조절 가능합니다.) 우리 집 주변에는 공원, 산책, 작은 미술관이 있으며, 10분 내외에 음식점, 술집, 클럽, 편의점, 옷가게 등 다양한 상점이 밀집해 있습니다.
